In the absence of any such evidence, the diver will be required to join an orientation dove to demonstrate the skills and abilities of a certified diver successfully. Suppose the diver is unable to complete this orientation dove or fails to demonstrate safe diving practices at any time. In that case, the diver will be required first to undergo a Refresher Program, for which charges apply.
