Memorial Park is 3 minutes’ walk from the motel and apartments. Tauranga’s city center is an 8-minute walk and offers a variety of shops, cafés and restaurants. Mount Maunganui is 12 minutes’ drive away. Harbor View Motel and Waterfront Apartments have a range of room types. From two absolute stunning deluxe waterfront apartments, to a stock standard motel room, and everything in between; being a large 3 bedroom family unit, superior 2 bedroom units with partial harbor views, to our popular studio units. Two of our units/apartments have private gardens. We have large covered communal courtyard for guest use, and plenty of off-street parking, with two trailer/large vehicle parks, along with free WIFI and kayak use. Centrally located, a 8 minute walk central Tauranga, and a three minute walk away from the lovely Memorial Park, with Mount Maunganui a 12 minute drive away, you can't beat us for location. The sunrises over the peaceful inner harbor are spectacular, and with a lovely waterfront reserve in front of our property, there is plenty of space to relax and make the most of our waterfront location.

Featuring a seasonal outdoor pool, Ōhope Beach TOP 10 Holiday Park offers beachfront accommodations in Ohope Beach. Whakatane is 6.2 mi from the property.
