The bed and breakfast is located just off SH1, 30 minutes' drive from Wellington City and Ferry Terminal. It is 15 minutes' walk from the train station which will take you to Westpac Stadium, the shops or the ferry. Kapiti Waves Beach Retreat can arrange a picnic basket for those wanting to hike 1 of the 2 trails that start at Pukerua Bay. The train is available at the end of both tracks to return back.
