Canoeing, hiking and fishing can all be enjoyed in the local area, and boat rental is possible. The site’s restaurant is open during the summer and offers a selection of traditional meals. The town of Kristiansund is just over an hour away by car and ferry, and has a variety of shops and restaurants. Trondheim is within 2 hours’ drive of the site.
